78Frances Tabag Sagadraca, 82, of Lihue, a waitress at Wailua Marina Restaurant, Spindrifter and Ono Family Restaurant, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Pasuquin, Philippines. She is survived by husband Hermogenes, son Danny, brother Eusebio Tabag and two grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Friday at Kauai War Memorial Convention Hall. Celebration of life: 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
