74Vicente C. Respicio, 88, of Lahaina, a retired elementary school teacher and acting principal in Reina Mercedes, Isabela, Philippines, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Leonora R.; sons Roland, Nelson, Herbert and James; daughter Hellen; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
