Age 96, of Waialua, Hawaii, passed away October 21, 2011 in Ewa Beach. Born September 25, 1915 in Hilo, Hawaii.
He is survived by sons, Glenn K. (Lynette "Ko" Kanda) Miyataki, Arthur M. (Marsha Casil) Miyataki, Clyde S. (Sarah Matsunaga) Miyataki, Kallen T. (Tina Katada) Miyataki; daughter, Ella Mae (Harry) Freitas; 11 grand-children; 16 great-grand-children; numerous nieces & nephews.
Private services were held.
