69Elu "Jake" Palelei, 29, of Honolulu died in Honolulu. He was born in Nuuuli, American Samoa. He is survived by fiancee Stacy Trinidad; daughter Ocean; parents Sio and Tofiga; adopted parents Faasalele and Gaumata'u Neemia; brothers Mikaele and Iafeta Palelei, Pagopago, Junior and Matthew Neemia, Mark Faipaua, Neemia Fiso; and sisters Peggy Palelei, Talah Tome, and Frances and Miriama Neemia.
