74Helen Matheson Tilghman, 78, of Kailua, a retired St. Francis physical therapist, died in Kailua. She was born in Wellington, New Zealand. She is survived by sons Jeffery Matheson, Richard William and Dr. Steven Ian "PB"; daughter Mary Joanna Fletchall; sisters Pam Schlater and June Schultz; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
