Ken Takahashi, 79, of Pearl City, a Hawaii Transfer Co. retiree and a Marine Corps veteran, died in Pearl City. He was born in Ewa. He is survived by wife Sayoko, son Lance, daughter Lynne Shimazu, brother Stanley, sisters Florence Kondo and Dorothy Toyota, and five grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Saturday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
