84Chompoo Kulapot Howard, 68, of Wahiawa, a former proprietor of Thai Food Center in Wahiawa, died in Honolulu. She was born in Thailand. She is survived by husband Willie J.; sons Willie B. Howard and Pond Kulapot; daughters Pitsamai Harris and Jacqueline R. Reed; sisters Malee Juklaku, Malai C. Bergson, Nopa Kulapot and Pupond Suwonpoom; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
