74Nelson Edward Gaspar Jr., 67, of Honolulu, a city Neighborhood Commission Department clerk and printer, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by daughter Tracey "Moana" Kaleikini; brothers Leonard, Warren, Frank, Douglas, Don and Erik; sister Carol; and four grandchildren. Celebration of life: 9 a.m. Saturday at Moanalua Mortuary.
