Graduated Farrington High School class of 1940, retired Bank of Hawaii Escrow dept., she was an avid Las Vegas enthusiast, professional gambler and world traveller. Born the fourth of seven children July 7, 1922 to Mary A Ching Hoe and Solomon Sing Hung Hoe. Survived by sisters Evaline Wong (Edgar) of San Bernadino, Calif., Elizabeth Moy (Richard) of Washington, D.C.; daughter Joella Nakamura; grand-children Berin Nakamura, Bambi Nakamura, Boyd Nakamura, Brandt Nakamura ;great grandchildren Kristy Ann Oclinaria, Bodie Nakamura, Max Nakamura; nieces, nephews. Per her request, there will be a 2p.m. graveside service Tues. December 13 at Veterans’ Cemetery Kaneohe, followed by lunch at Pah Ke restaurant Kaneohe.
