Ben Taguchi, 84, of Honolulu, a retired M & E Pacific Inc. president, civil engineer and an Army veteran, died in St. Francis Hospice. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Shirley, son Loren, daughters Taren and Arlen Lung, sisters Ellen Yabusaki and Thelma Hiramoto, and three grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Sunday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire.
