74Melvin Tolentino, 69, of Kailua-Kona, an American Trucking Co. heavy equipment mechanic, died in Honolulu. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Patricia "Patty"; sons Phillip Arruda and Melvin Jr., Kenny K. and Jacob K. Tolentino; daughter Tricia H. Garcia; brothers Atancio M. and Henry; 19 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Thursday at Borthwick Mortuary.
