81Myrtle C.C. Hine, 78, of Wentachee, Wash., died. She was born in Makawao, Maui. She is survived by husband Donald A., son Brian Lee, daughters Cheryl L. Kubota and Lenore Lau, stepsons Greg and Ronald, stepdaughter Pamela Lamb, 15 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Kailua Christian Church, 317 Manono St. Celebration of life: 10:30 a.m. Scattering of ashes to be held at a later date at Anini Beach, Kauai. Aloha attire.
