83Helen Vallar Garcia, 57, of Kahului, a radio host at KNUI radio station, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in the Philippines. She is survived by husband Gerry, sons Ryan and Adrian, daughter April, brothers Edwin and June Vallar, sisters Evelyn Pangilinan and Lita Zapata, and five grandchildren.
