Norman Francisco Flores, 75, of Tacoma, Wash., an Air Force retiree, died in Washington. He was born in Paauilo, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Yoshiye G.; sons Steven and Darren; daughter Shari Dee Armstrong; brother Joseph; sisters Andrea Motoyama, Beatrice Tano, Frances Ishida and Shirley Choy; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
