83Kazuma Nekoba, 88, of Hilo, a retired plumber, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Pepeekeo, Hawaii. He is survived by daughter Maxine Aki, brothers Tsutomu and Atsushi, and two grandchildren. Visitation: 4 p.m. Thursday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
