Satoshi Irie, 71, of Ewa Beach, a retired Marushin chef, died at home. He was born in Tokyo. He is survived by wife Sumie, sons Brad S. and Ivan R., brothers Takeshi and Hiroshi, and sister Kazuko Oiwa. Visitation: 3 p.m. Thursday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 4 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
