80Jack Phillip Hisatake, 67, of Waikiki, a retired head waiter, actor and Waikiki beachboy, died. He was born in Pago Pago, American Samoa. He is survived by daughter Amber K.P.; brothers Gilbert and Joseph Hisatake, and Lawrence "Lengi" Malala; and former wife Lydia K. Hanson. Mass services pending for Thursday.
