72Dorothy K. Takahama, 88, of Honolulu, a retired Moanalua Middle School teacher, died in Maluhia Long Term Care Health Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Akira "Charlie," son Karl, brother Walter Fukuda and sisters Lorraine Okami and Grace Fukuda. Private services. No monetary offerings.
