81Ciriaco Baclig Dicion, 78, of Waialua, a retired Waialua Sugar Co. employee, died in Honolulu. He was born in Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by son Ciriaco Jr.; daughters Irene Bayudan and Criselda "Mildred" Fabela; brothers Federico, Ubaldo and Aurelio; sisters Felicidad Pagarigan and Maria J. Sison; and seven grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at St. Michael Catholic Church, 67-390 Goodale Ave., Waialua. Mass: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Flowers welcome.
