74Shantel Satsuki Tajima, 41, of Kapolei died in Kaiser Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Shane, daughters Kelsey and Jayden, parents Norman and Jean Hagi, and brothers Bryan, Guy and Derrick Hagi. Visitation: 5 p.m. Saturday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
