The Rev. Frank Soong Ling, 86, of Honolulu, an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Veterans Affairs Center for Aging. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by wife Marie, daughters Pamela and Lydia, hanai son Tiger Young, hanai daughter Gloria Lin and sister Florence Lum.
