78Sui Hong Chang Sing, 89, of Honolulu, a retired waitress at different restaurants, died in Kuakini Medical Center. She was born in China. She is survived by son Ronald, daughters Susan Sing and Shirley Kaaikala, brother Chun Ming Chang, sister Shui Cheung Chang Moy, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
