71Kyle Kaleo Musashi Otsuka, 36, of Makawao, Maui, a Pacific Painting Co. painter, died at home. He was born in Wailuku, Maui. He is survived by sons Levi Otsuka-Luis and Kylo Otsuka, daughters Marlie-Ann and Jahzion, companion Shirley Gusman, father Lyle, mother Gail, brother Gavin, hanai sister Tammy Payne and grandparent Nellie Villalon. Visitation: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Borthwick Norman's Mortuary. Services: 11:30 a.m. Burial: 2 p.m. at Maui Memorial Park in Wailuku.
