Howard Francis Graff, 57, of Waianae, a veteran of the Army and Air Force National Guard, and a former employee at Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Pearl Harbor, died in St. Francis Hospice-West. He was born in Wahiawa. He is survived by son Jacob K., daughter Keolani Ahuna, former wife Colleen K. Hee, brother Randy Schweiger, sisters Linda Ann Willis and Pauline Ellington, and five grandchildren. Services: 11:30 a.m. Friday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Celebration of life to follow at Maili Beach Park. Casual attire. No flowers.
