He is survived by wife Arleen; son Samuel C.; daughter Ina M.; brothers John and Cresencio Olarti, and Matthew and Andrew Balecha; and sisters Julia Milan, Esther Pelen, Edwina Toibero, Viviana Pagaduan and Adrayline Luna. Visitation: 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Makaha Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 84-361 Makaha Valley Road. Services: 1:30 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
