72Elsie Arakaki Saito, 82, of Honolulu, a retired resource teacher, died in Hiolani Care Center at Kahala Nui, Honolulu. She was born in Huelo, Maui. She is survived by husband Shiro; son Ron S.; daughters Kim Saito and Ann Osawa; sisters Esther Yamakawa, Bessie Arakaki, Nancy Johnson and Judy Allen; and five grandchildren. Private services.
