Ernest Tsutomu Higashi, 84, of Honolulu, a retired painter and an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Kahana. He was survived by wife Loretta, brother Mitsuji and sisters Marion Kimura and Amy Teves. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
