81Helen Sarah Lum, 83, of Honolulu, retired owner of Lum Sewing Place, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. She was born in Canton, Ohio. She is survived by husband Edwin H.C., son Thomas R. Volk, brother Martin Miller and two grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Thursday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Inurnment: 10:30 a.m. Friday at Diamond Head Memorial Park. Casual attire. No flowers.
