William Raymond Syfers, 86, of Pukalani, Maui, a Navy veteran who served in World War II and Korea, a Rockwell senior research engineer and founder of Eyeful Travel in Torrance, Calif., died. He was born in Columbus, Ohio. He is survived by wife Betty Jean; sons David, John and Steven; six grandchildren; and seven grandchildren.
