Stephen Thomas Murin, 94, of Hawaii Kai, a retired union representative for United Public Workers in Honolulu and a Navy veteran, died in Castle Medical Center. He was born in Mammoth, Pa. He is survived by daughter Barbara Paet, stepsons Thomas and Robert Foglesong, and stepdaughter Sue Brimeyer. Services: 2 p.m. Thursday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
