Leonard Paul Cozzo Jr., 68, of Honolulu, a retired Navy command master chief of the Commander Naval Surface Group Middle Pacific, died in Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Steubenville, Ohio. He is survived by son Richard; daughters Marilyn Greaney, Dorothy Abreu and Christine Amii; brother Joseph Germano; and sister Maxina Germano. Visitation: 10 a.m. Friday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kaneohe Hawaii Stake Center, 46-117 Halaulani St. Services: 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
