74Star Ka-Uionalani Medeiros, 55, of Lahaina, a Westin Maui Hotel front office lead agent, died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Wesley B.; sons Casey Smythe, and Jansen and Preston Medeiros; brother Brett "Duke" Smythe; and sisters Dawn Fujiwara, Crystal and Melody Smythe, and Jasmine Ryan.
