Carla Kuulei Briggs, 56, of Kapaa, Kauai, a bank teller, died at home. She was born on Oahu. She is survived by daughters Heather Conner and Jennifer Briggs, mother Maxine Teixeira, brother Richard Teixeira and sister Sharon Teixeira. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Lihue Lutheran Church. Services: 10 a.m.
