Tatsuaki “Tats” Kishinami, 80, of Pearl City, a former state representative for the Pearl City and Waipahu district and an Army veteran, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Haleiwa. He is survived by wife Eileen, son Galen, daughters Karen Hamasaki and Yvonne Yokoe, brothers Paul and Henry and six grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Tuesday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
