Alfred James "Jimmy" Carvalho Jr., 61, of Kaneohe, a retired heavy mobile diesel mechanic at Kaneohe Marine Corps Base Hawaii and a Navy veteran, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Laura; son Chris; brother John; sisters Patty Farris, Gloria Pagaduan and Gerrie Gould; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Ann's Catholic Church, Kaneohe. Mass: 11:30 a.m. Cremation to follow. Private inurnment. Casual attire. No flowers.
