Paul Arthur Dolan, 78, of Honolulu, a retired state boating regulation officer and a Navy veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Gail, sons Peter and Jeff, daughter Andrea Dolan Owen, sister Louise DuMontier and six grandchildren. Services: 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at Outrigger Canoe Club. Aloha attire.
