72Frank Tsutomu Watanabe, 92, of Mililani, a retired Salvation Army maintenance foreman, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by son Alan, daughters Joyce Watanabe and Ann Motter, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Calvary Chapel Pearl Harbor.
