80Jeremiah Thomas Bernaldes, 13, of Hanapepe, Kauai, a Waimea Canyon Middle School student, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Las Vegas. He is survived by father Michael, mother Devita Abalos, brother Josiah Elias, sister Anuhea Chock, hanai sister Kiara Kaiwi-Bernaldes and grandparents Siquian Abalos and John and Lani Bernaldes. Visitation: 9 a.m. Feb. 18 at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary, Koloa. Celebration of life: 11 a.m.
