Norman Richard “Bud” Moen, 88, of Kailua-Kona, owner of the former Viking Bags & Baggage and an Army Air Corps bomber pilot and flight instructor who served in World War II, died at home. He was born in Hillsboro, N.C. He is survived by son Randall, daughters Karen Valentine and Shelley Hoist, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Celebration of life: 4 p.m. Feb. 25 at Hawaii Big Game Fishing Club pavilion at Honokohau Harbor. For information, call Shelley at 937-1774.
