83Ruth Ann Heider Johnson, 74, of Kaneohe, a teacher and Kahala Elementary School retiree, died in Kaneohe. She was born in Orange Grove, Texas. She is survived by husband the Rev. Donald K.; sons Mark, Daniel and Jonathan; brother Donald Heider; sister Adelaide Marlatt; and nine grandchildren. Celebration of life: 2 p.m. Sunday at the Lutheran Church of Honolulu. Casual attire. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to the Lutheran Church of Honolulu, Associate Pastor for the Children and Youth Fund, Windward Artist Guild Scholarship Fund or charity.
