Richard H. Rodby, 81, of Honolulu, retired president of Kemo‘o Farm Restaurant and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Waialua. He is survived by wife Joan M.B., son Scott Ballentyne, daughters Nancy Ciacci and Robyn Rodby, sisters Linnea Horsnell and Jayne Wakeham, hanai brothers Elmer Manley and Joseph Dowson, three grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 5 p.m. Feb. 25 at Central Union Church. Celebration of life: 5:30 p.m. Private burial. Aloha attire. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Hawaiian Music Hall of Fame, P.O.
