Robert C. Rhoads, 82, of Roswell, Ga., formerly of Laupahoehoe, Hawaii, and Wahiawa, a retired Army Military Intelligence colonel who served in the Korean and Vietnam wars, died. He was born in Seattle. He is survived by wife Kathleen W., sons Chris and Doug, daughter Sheila Coyle and four grandchildren. Services in Georgia.
