81Arthur William "Bill" McCarter, 86, of Bellingham, Wash., formerly of Honolulu, a mechanical engineer, died in Bellingham. He was born in Topeka, Kan. He is survived by wife Chlois, sons Les and Larry, and daughter Linda. Services held in Bellingham. No flowers.
