He is survived by companion GeriGohier; son Chucky K.; daughter Carlyrose H.; parents Chucky Oliveira Jr. and Connie Cordero; brother Eisen H.; sister Laticia; grandparents Chucky Sr. and Dolores Oliveira and Caroline Cordero; and great-grandparent Edward Martinez.
