Roger E. Hill, 87, of Kaneohe, a retired Navy commander and founder of Roger Hill Ltd., died. He was born in Benton County, Ore. He is survived by son Brian and four grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Pohai Nani Retirement Community auditorium. Services: 10 a.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
