He is survived by wife, Brenda Paiva; sons, Anthony "Bulla" Paiva, Jr., Adrian "Moku" (Shellie) Paiva, Anson Kaipo Paiva; 5 grandchildren; brother, Russell Paiva.
Visitation 5:30 p.m. Friday (February 24) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Funeral Service 6:30 p.m. Burial 9:00 a.m. Saturday (February 25) at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual Attire. Flowers Welcome.
