Jinichi Higa, 87, of Pearl City, a federal government retiree and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by wife Elaine, sons Michael and Howard, daughter Gaylynne, brothers Yoshikazu and Masatoshi, sister Lorraine Teruya and six grandchildren. Visitation: 1 p.m. Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 2 p.m. Casual attire.
