Albert Lohiau Akiona Sr., 86, of Honolulu, a retired Honolulu Fire Department captain and an Army Air Forces veteran who served in World War II, died in St. Francis Hospice. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Albert L. Jr., daughters Lucy Ann Finnegan and Kathleen P. Magdaro; 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Monday at Faith Baptist Church. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 3 p.m. at Valley of the Temples. Aloha attire.
