77Franklin Salinas "Frank" Anno, 81, of Honolulu, a retired heavy-equipment operator at Hickam Air Force Base, licensed real estate broker and insurance and travel agent, died in Honolulu. He was born in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Escolastica "Tessie"; sons Clarence, Wayne and Frank Jr.; daughters Annie L. Anno and Jeannette Petersen; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Theresa Co-Cathedral. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Valley of the Temples.
