Richard Johnson, also known as "RJ" and "Razor," 71, of Waipahu, an Air Force retiree and a civil servant at Hickam Air Force Base, died in Waipahu. He was born in New Castle, Pa. He is survived by wife Cora, daughter Kelli Kitchens, brothers Thomas and William, sister Evelyn and two grandchildren. Committal services: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
